How Would You Assess An Applicant's IQ - Internet Quotient?

I have a new position that I will be interviewing candidates for soon. The key responsibility is to source hard to fill positions and to do that by developing an on-line presence and utilizing Internet resources - search strings, forums, job boards, social networking tools etc. We have got to get away from prints ads and the person selected for this position will be taking the first steps for us and breaking new ground.

Short of asking "So, do you Twitter?" (and watch the not-sure-if-I-should-be-offended looks) what questions do you think I could ask?

I was tagged today by Kristine and like her, I’m not usually enthused about playing along, but in this case, I also appreciate the opportunity to share and learn more about other bloggers out there.
