HR bloggers unite and spread the word! Jessica Miller-Merrell is on a search to find an authentic HR blogger in all 50 states.

The down and dirty details: you must be involved in the HR function in some fashion and reside within the United States. If there are multiple blogs submitted for one state, you will face off.
