I am taking a small step outside the bubble. Beginning today, I am joining Dan and Jenn as a featured writer on HRPeople.

HRPeople is "an independently run hub for the HR community, a place where your lifelong career needs come home to roost" and another great tool to add to your HR development tool box. I am learning my way around and have enjoyed glancing at the many resources available. I know I have only scratched the surface and will be back to take a closer look.

I look forward to reading what others have to say and seeing what HRPeople has to offer. I think you will too.
